When you submit a request, ZINEXA LLC stores your name, phone number, ZIP code, chosen service, any preferred appointment time, and property details you choose to share. The owner may add the agreed scope, quoted price, staff assignment, and coordination notes.

Why we keep it

We use these details to respond to you, arrange cleaning, manage appointment changes, and keep a service history. Submitting a request does not enroll you in promotional messages or a care plan.

Access and hosting

Customer records are not published on this website. The owner dashboard requires authorized sign-in. The site and its database are hosted through Sites; the hosting provider processes information needed to operate the service. ZINEXA does not sell request details or publish them as reviews.

Retention and requests

Requests remain in the service database until the owner deletes them. Automatic deletion is not currently enabled. Call or text (432) 924-4524 to request a copy, correction, or deletion. We will verify the request before changing customer records; records needed for an active service or unresolved issue may need to be retained.

Keep sensitive details out

Do not submit card numbers, bank information, door codes, or health information. Payments and text messages are handled manually outside this site. Your phone provider’s messaging terms apply.
